De acuerdo con las conclusiones de los difernetes análisis, los presupuestos para obras y proyectos han notado una caída respecto a los presupuestos que se dieron en los meses anteriores, pasando de 3.079M€ a 2.750M€, siendo el momento de parón casi total de actividad, la que fue la primera quincena de abril, el momento que más cae la financiación.

Estos explican que el sector de la construcción afrontaba antes del brote de coronavirus un aumento del riesgo crediticio, principalmente para las empresas de menor tamaño, pero que, debido a la recesión en curso, las empresas se ven afectadas por el aplazamiento de proyectos y la reducción del volumen de pedidos, especialmente en los segmentos de obra pública y construcción residencial.
